At Bloom Co., we believe buying flowers should feel simple and joyful. If you have questions about CSA shares, pickup times, bouquet bars, workshops, or a past order, we’re here to help. Please email bloomflowers2024@gmail.com or call/text (508) 688-5733 Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. For time-sensitive pickup issues, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We grow and gather slowly and thoughtfully, so timing matters - thank you for your patience and for supporting our small-batch approach. If something isn’t right with your flowers, tell us within 48 hours of pickup and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Privacy & Safety
We respect your privacy and handle your information with care. We collect only the details needed to manage your orders and memberships (name, contact, pickup preferences, and payment details). Payment processing is handled securely by trusted third-party providers; Bloom Co. does not store raw payment card data. We use customer contact information to confirm orders, send pickup reminders, and communicate farm news - you can opt out of marketing at any time.
For safety, our flowers are grown and handled following best practices for cleanliness and post-harvest care. If you or a recipient have flower or pollen allergies, please notify us before arranging workshops or events so we can recommend suitable varieties or accommodations. By participating in in-person events at partner locations, you agree to follow any posted safety guidelines.
Wholesale Inquiries
Bloom partners with local cafés, shops, breweries, and community spaces that share our values of seasonal, thoughtful offerings. If you’re interested in carrying Bloom Co. bouquets, hosting a pop-up, or collaborating on a bouquet bar or workshop, please email bloomflowers2024@gmail.com with your business name, location, desired timeframe, and estimated quantities. Include any photos of your space and preferred delivery or pickup arrangements.
We typically request at least 2–4 weeks’ lead time for new wholesale relationships and seasonal menus. We prioritize local, community-centered partnerships and look forward to creating calm, well-made floral experiences that fit your space.
